The vacuum rake dryer is a closed vacuum drying machine designed for uniform heating. The cylinder is heated by a jacket and a vacuum is created inside the cylinder, while low-speed rake blades rotate continuously to stir and turn the material. After the material is heated, the moisture evaporates and the water vapour is continuously extracted by the vacuum pump to achieve closed vacuum drying.
Continuous stirring and scraping by the low-speed blades ensures uniform heating of the material, preventing pastes, slurries and highly viscous materials from clumping and sticking to the walls.

Working Principle
The cylinder is heated by a jacket and a vacuum is created inside. Low-speed rake blades rotate to stir and turn the material continuously, so it is heated evenly and does not stick to the walls. After the material is heated, the moisture evaporates, and the water vapour is continuously extracted by the vacuum pump to achieve closed vacuum drying. Because the process is closed and under negative pressure, solvent can be condensed and recovered and volatile gases do not leak.
